Financial Aid Application

A limited number of grants (free registration and housing in the student dormitory) will be available for students, postdoctoral fellows, and young researchers to cover the costs of meeting registration.

Guidelines

To apply for the grant, you will be required to prepare a one-page PDF or RTF document that details your contact information and contains a preliminary abstract of the information you intend to present at the symposium. Please note that only those who present a poster or an oral presentation will be considered for financial assistance. Applications will be accepted until March 10, 2006. You will be notified shortly thereafter.

Please ensure that you have a Title, Authors, Affiliations and Body included in the abstract and please underline the name of the presenting author.

The maximum number of characters allowed in your entire abstract is 1,600 not counting spaces. This includes the Title, Authors, Affiliations and Abstract Body.

The abstract should be Times Roman 12pt or similar - single line spacing. You may alter these values only to add symbols or superscripts, etc. Use Symbol font for Greek and other special characters. Do NOT include tables, figures or references. These will be removed before your abstract is published. Sample
